Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed with original tags and labels. Your item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is issued. Original shipping charges are not included in the refund amount. We will provide a pre-paid USPS return label
HOW IT WORKS:

- Log in to your account by clicking here: In the Email field, enter the email address under which the item was purchased. Click Continue.
- You will receive an email sent from our store containing a six-digit verification code.
- Return to the online store, and enter a six-digit verification code. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- Select the item(s) that you wish to return.
- Select a Reason for Return and add a note for the store. Any feedback you are willing to share will help us continue to improve.
- Click Request return: If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid USPS return shipping label. Affix the label to the original shipping envelope and drop off at a USPS Post Office or give to your mail carrier. IF YOU DO NOT USE THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING ENVELOPE WITH OUR PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL, THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING DEDUCTION TO COVER THE RETURN SHIP FEE. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Return Authorizations must be submitted within 14 days of order receipt/delivery date and and are required for a return. Beyond 14 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back using the carrier of their choice. Refunds are issued as a store credit and will not be reimbursed for the return shipping. Returns over 30 days will not be accepted. If we receive items ineligible for return, they will not be refunded. you may either pay to have the item shipped back to you or it will be donated to a charity of your choice. Items discounted 50% off or more, al altered, or are part of our LAST CALL are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We do not offer price adjustments.
Purchases made from BFCM through Dec 31 may be returned until January 31 for a full refund to your original method of payment. Items must not be worn, altered or washed, and must have all tags attached.
Items received as a gift may be exchanged in-store or refunded to a gift card for the value of the item at the time of purchase. Online gift exchanges would require a gift card being sent to the original purchaser, who would then need to forward the digital gift card to you. We are unable to execute an on-line return or exchange without the original purchaser being notified. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges for online orders, so please take advantage of our Virtual Size Finder for sizing assistance and style recommendations. In lieu of an exchange, you will need to return the unwanted item(s) and purchase the desired item(s) from our website. We do offer in-store exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & RETURNS BEYOND 14 DAYS,
please send your return package, via the carrier of your choice. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and ship via a trackable method. You will not be reimbursed for the return shipping.
