When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible and within five business days, but please keep in mind that orders placed during sales events may take longer to arrive due to high demand. Processing time does not include the additional time it will take to ship and deliver your package. All of our delivery and processing estimates are stated in business days and do not include weekends or observed holidays. Please note that there can be courier delays that are out of our control. If this is the case, we suggest you contact the carrier as we respectfully won't be able to offer any resolution from our side.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and expected delivery date. Please keep in mind that if you've ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on origin and availability. If the items in your order are shipped separately, you'll receive a separate confirmation email with updated tracking information for each shipment as they ship. You can also log into your Kiya Tomlin account to view the fulfillment status and tracking information for your order.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer overnight shipping via UPS, provided the item is in stock and available. Email us at info@kiyatomlin.us to request overnight shipping and make arrangements.
Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping. Some countries charge additional customs duties and fees and customers are responsible for any such charges. Although we are by no means global customs experts, we strive to make customers aware of the possibility of such duties and fees in advance. Be aware that cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed with original tags and labels. Items discounted 50% off or more or listed as LAST CALL are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Your item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is issued. Original shipping charges are not included in the refund amount. We will provide a pre-paid USPS return label. Return authorization must be initiated within 14 days of order receipt/delivery date. In-store and online purchases may be exchanged in-store only. We do not offer online exchanges for online orders at this time. In lieu of an online exchange, you will need to request to return the unwanted item(s) and purchase the desired item(s) from our website. Click here to begin the return authorization process.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once an item authorized for return has been received, inspected and approved, a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
How do I know what size to order?
There are two ways find your ideal size. Use our Virtual Size Finder on your mobile phone—it will guide you through a few simple steps and recommend the best size for you. Another option is to take your measurements with a fabric tape measure and compare them to our size chart. Our signature fabrics are designed to stretch and drape, so if in between sizes, size up or down based on your personal preference: For a looser, more relaxed fit → size up. For a more body-conforming fit → size down.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions or discounts.
How should I care for my garments to ensure longevity?
Turn the garment inside out and wash with cold water on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, delicate cycle to remove excess water and wrinkles. Lay flat to dry.
